Got an agreement copy, which said both parties should sign, i never signed the agreement.
Got verification calls, got id and password to login and complete 800 forms. Worked sincerely and completed my assignment, verified the data. They should have asked me to change my password after first login as per it act, they never did it. On completion, i was asked to change the password, which is against the law. They made changes in my job to prove i have not complied with their 90% accuracy.
Their server failed a few times, i sent mail to helpdesk with screenshot, restart and start your work was their reply.
They should compensate me for my dedicated work and the harassment they are doing to me.
Agreement says, first party dgs sol with give accuracy report in 3 days of completion, they never sent me a mail. So called thugs of legal cell, harass me and ask me to pay money of 3900. I get mail at 3.20 pm asking me to pay by 5 pm. I answered all the calls, explained today is a bank holiday, they still insisted, go to any money transfer shop, they will do the needful. This is a total harassment and compensation should be paid to me.
After the above seen, mr. Adv patel sends me a notice to pay rs. 3900 as registration fee and his fee of rs. 3000 within 4 days otherwise action will be taken.in his letter he says, i have not completed my job as per agreement within 15 days. Enrollment no of the advocate is 2203/2016.
I got the job on 21/2/19 to be completed within 8 days, 1st march midnight, which i did and uploaded. Nowhere, in the agreement the 15 days are mentioned.
Need this resolved at the earliest
