I have booked a videocon led tv on 12/8/2016 and my order no is DS37950 I have still not received any of the detail nor the order even after 14 day of placing the order I have send several mail to them but no response.i tried to call on this no [protected] which they have send on my e mail.please help me I want to cancel my order. If you have still not received amount we request you to please visit your nearest branch along with the details which you have received while placing the order and request you to raised the charge back sheet the bank will refund your amount with in a TAT.

I went to my concerned bank and spoke to them regarding the same but bank is denying to credit back the amount and told me to speak to the merchandiser directly. I just want my amount to be credited back into my account that is it. it has been four month now please refund my money back as soon as possible. mob num [protected]
