We have purchased flat at valram vatika, now builder is delaying possession on this flat. Kindly help for how to log the complaint. The construction has stopped due to builders partners issue. The flat possession due was on may 2012, since 4 year we are following with him. But we are not getting any proper reply from him. Kindly let us know how to log the complaint. Can you tell me in which wing you have flat... i purchased flat in C wing, waiting for OC.. msg me your number want to discuss the same, just like you and me many people are stuck with valram builder
