Dharampal — Courier not delivered

I sent my rakhi on courier on 24th of July 2020 but it takes a lot of time to be delivered till now and it was still pending and tomorrow is raksha bandhan and I want my rakhi to be delivered on today itself to gwalior and the service is also very poor so kindly pay attention on the service.
