Hi, in the month of June 2023 kitchen chimney was not working and I raised a complaint through Faber customer care. They have given their local service provider details M/s. Sri Ragavendra enterprise, Madurai. After inspection, they said that rotar part was damaged and need to be replaced. But, till date the part is not replaced and they are not at all responding to phone calls. If we raise complaint in Faber customer care, they are closing the issue without attending the service. Faber customer care is also not taking any proper action against and ultimately I'm suffering. Was this information helpful? |
