Dear Sir,
I am not using any electricity for my residential flat since a long time as I am away.
My flat no is 702, Kenwood Towers, Eros Garden, Charmwood Village, Faridabad. Haryana. My Consumer number is [protected]. However I am asked to pay every month Rs 1075/- which I pay by net banking.
This amount is very high and works out to Rs 12900/- annually. Not a single unit is being consumed by me.
Please check up let me know why the charges are high . If I have been charged extra please let me know how this is to be adjusted. Please reply urgently after lodging this complaint.
