[Resolved]  DHFL Gurgaon — Processing fee deducted by bank without any loan processing finalisation.

I applied for a home loan for purchase of flat through a sales representative, Mr. Vishnu Singh, Mob : [protected] of DHFL, which was in process due to some pending documents at my end. I requested the sales person that please don't process my file till the property finalises. He said in reply that don't worry, processing fees gets refunded in case deal wont finalise with client. I informed him and bank by mail immediately on 25-04-15, Saturday, that please cancel my loan processing and return all documents alonwith pdc cheque of processing fees of rs. 2810 as my deal not finalised. Even then, on 27-04-15, Monday, the processing charges deducted from my account as bank deposited the cheque inspite of prior intimation. When I asked about this to sales person and bank, they just started to get rid-off by saying that talk to our sales person and sales person said talk to bank. Now, I'm continuously following-up through mails and calls to sales person & DHFL, but nobody responding to me. Request you to please look into this matter, as this is very unfair trade practice by banks. This is not only my case, many other such aggrieved innocent consumers are the victims of this dacoity of DHFL bank.
