DEAR SIR MY NAME IS PREMLATA I HAVE SENT A URGENT COURIER(CONSIGNMENT- [protected]) THROUGH DHL ON 29TH OCT 2014 THERE ACCEPT THE CORIER AND TAKEN A CHARGE FOR URGENT DELIVERY RS.410. BUT NEXT DAY WHEN WE ASK FOR THE REASON FOR DELAY THEN THE SAME EXECUTIVE GIVE US A REPLY MAM THIS IS A NORMAL COURIER, BLUE DART'S NORMAL CHARGE WE HAVE TAKEN AND IT WILL TAKE TIME FOR 2 DAYS WHERE AS AT THE TIME OF CORIER SHE SAID NEXT DAY IT WILL BE DELIVERD. TILL TODAY ON 3TH NOV THE COURIER IS NOT DELIVERED. KINDLY DO SOME STEP FOR THESE TYPES OF COURIER AGENCY.
