DHL Cargo Packers And Movers — damages and no prompt delivery

I booked for home shifting from chennai to pune on 20th nov with a assurance of 1 week delivery by the executive with consignment no.5386. Executive informed all charges including loading, unloading and ac dismantling but both loading and unloading time they asked extra money i paid 2500rs at the time of loading which they agreed they will take care of insurance. When the consignment reached my home, big big rats are running out of my packages and my washing machine got damaged by the rats. Now the company is not at all taking my phones or disconnecting my call.
