DHL packers and movers.. the name looks attractive but it's a ### company with seriously ### employees and ofcourse ### service. Beware of this person named Harish his phone no is +[protected] and[protected] . Sometimes he calls himself Sonu Sharma he is a fake bundal baz person. He is the worst fraud person iv every dealt with. Till date they have never refunded my money back and blocked my number.
I shifted my household things along with my bike from Kolkata to Bangalore . I was told by the DHL people who visited my house that the package will be delivered in 8 to 10 days and gave us a package of 25k which was low from all other packers and movers, so we agreed to take their services which was the biggest mistake of my life.
The day of packing 5 people came to pack the things at 10 a.m. and they only got 20 cartoons which went short. We had to wait 4hours to get extra cartoons sent. They started loading the things at 7 p.m., took the entire day to pack plus my bike was not loaded and the road the bike for which I had to pay rs 200 for petrol..we had our first on the same day at night, we almost missed it because of these kunts.
When we call Harish the next day they gave us a bill of 55k which was unexpected. When we said that the quotation give to us was 25k they started threatening, we didn't had much choice we had to pay and instead of 50% they wanted 100% . We paid in full.
It was more than 15 days we didn't receive anything, we kept calling these ### but they were saying tomorrow it will reach and they were unable to track the package and know one knew where out package was we were very scarce and tensed so we were about to make a police complaint against these people, but then the package was delivered. But DHL is so careless they forgot to send my bike that was lien in the kolkata warehouse for so long.. again we had to do 100 calls to these stupid ### for the bike to ship which took another 10 days . My dining table glass and my helmet was missing and I paid DHL rs 3000 for insurance which I think the use it for partying.. i kept on calling Harish for 2 months and till now has not got any refund . He has also blocked my 2 phone numbers .
Please donot use there service.. they will make you run for your package and money.
