DHVBN — Voltage Fluctuations

I put up in Silokra sector 41 Gurgaon, the voltage is fluctuating between 118 volts to 250 for the last week, especially at night this is causing electrical components to get damaged, please do something about it. This is getting inconvenient and expensive hopefully this can be rectified before further damage is caused
