I am an Ex-Employee of DIAM Resources Pvt.Ltd. Joined organization on fake commitment on 12th of Dec.2016.
After joining no documents were exchanged, neither i was provided with an appointment letter, no Id, nothing...
as a daily wage labour i used to go to ...so called office. I carried my documents testimonials, certificates etc.for submission, but they refused to submit.
fedup of the confusion and some emergency at home, i discontinued office from 6th Jan 2017, finishing all my work, and duly intimating HR .
But now they are not paying my salary, saying that as per company policies, all those employees who leaves their amount are not paid.
