Dibya Publication — Fraud vpp parcel sent in disguise of an important - din

Address: Kolkata, West Bengal, 700008

I am surprised to get a VPP parcel from Divya Publication stating that its a very vital document on DIN Information. I am surprised how they have got my DIN number.

They have also taken Rs. 950+ Rs. 50 ( stating its a registered VPP). I think its a complete case of fraud.

I want my money back and I would like to return the same.
