I had given a website creation work to DigiEnter, with its Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Social Media Optimization (SMO) at an all-inclusive price of 15, 500/- (excluding Gst). The company made the website, and after the complete payment (excluding Gst) was been paid on 14/09/2022 by their website medium. Now, according to their email (attached to this), they need to start their work for further process, i. e. SEO & SMO. But first we need some changes in my website as they said it can happen once it get live on internet. After 12 days of payment and continuous followup, they done some 60% given changes And they are now saying, we need to pay extra 19900 approx, to get ssl registered, without which SEO is not possible. But they didn't write this thing in the email before the deal. They wrote, ssl is want to be purchased, but they didn't tell that the ssl is required for top ranking of website and SEO of the same, which is now they are asking of. The co - ordinator (Ritu Rani - [protected], [protected]) is now saying the work will not happen at all if you don't but ssl. After which I got a call from their company owner, Mr. Amit Kumar / Amit Paul, who is asking the 19900 with little pressure on us. When I asked them to handover my domain and hosting with the Admin Panel and cpanel, the owner is just saying, I will not give, you can do whatever you want. After the call get’s disconnected, they removed the website from the Internet, and the work completely 0 now, with ₹ 15, 500/- paid completely. They now are asking first payment, in spite of the full payment of Actual quotation.
