They are cheater and fraud.

Updated by Parthasarethi Digital India CSP Pvt.Ltd. Ac No.-[protected], IFSC-SBIN0030149 .They have collected 115600/-Rs from me for the purpose of SBI csp and OD account opening. They failed to do the work. They do not want pay back money to me. Moreover they want 8800/- Rs from me for cancellation. In this situation I am in distress.
