I have bought an apple i phone 5s-16gb space grey brand new imported[protected] thru e bay india. Two months later suddenly, the phone started giving an error like "no sim error". Upon contacting the seller "digital store, 4/42, second lane, beach road, near parrys, chennai-600001", the product has been returned back to the above mentioned seller on 29/01/2018.
I have made several follow ups after that with e bay india executives and the seller.
I kept on getting false promises about returning the product after they are thru with the repair.
I have even contacted the head of customer care circle mr. Ankit, but there was no positive response yet. The seller has stopped responding to my phone calls subsequently. I am totally hopeless now and do not know what to do. It's been more than one year, since i have sent the device for repair. Till now, there is no positive reply. I have made a blunder by buying this product thru e - bay (Digital store) i have got a horrible experience now. I would like to mention my bad experience in your website by way of review. I do not want any other customer to suffer like i suffered. I have wasted money just like that. I made a mistake by making the payment without doing the due diligence about e bay and digital store.
I am in a total fix and feeling frustrated.
Now, i am left with no other option except requesting you for kind and timely help.
