Hiiii sir... My name is hemanth kumar... Sir i got a call from hina she's from online shopping site digitalindiadeal (Delhi) that my number has been elected for 3 prizes (Iphone x, dell laptop,, samsung led tv)
First hina asked me to buy a product in digitalindiadeal... So chose to buy fossil watch worth 650 rs.. And she told that you will receive a confirmation call and then we will send u gifts after confirmation..
After 2 days vijay from digitalindiadeal.com called me and said ur number is verified and u should pay 6500rs for gst amount then we will send u dell laptop and iphone x and they send me a link of 6500 rs and i paid that through mail (Proof : image 1)
After that again vijay called me said sir u should pay 13000 rupees (9000 rs for courier +4000 rs insurance) and he again send me link of payment 13000 rs through mail and i paid that too... (Proof:image 2)
Then simply googled about digitalindiadeal.com and i found that are taking money from people by saying ur number has been elected for prize and taking money
So i called mr vijay and i told i don't need gift just refund my money...
After i got a call from himanshu he's also from digitalindiadeal.com and he told me that i[censored] want ur money (19500rs) back u should pay money between 400rs to 800 rs... I asked why should i pay money to get my own money back... He said ur going out of contest so u should pay cancellation fees... I said ok... Then he agin said i will check online and i will say whats is ur cancellation fee exactly...
After 2 mins... Himanshu said sir u have to pay 5600rs as cancellation fees becz ur going out of contest... I immediately refused to pay that money... He directly said i[censored]r not paying 5600rs money i will not refund ur 19500rs... Am helpless and i cant loose my 19500rs so i agreed to pay 5600rs and i said... Sir i dont have money right now i will pay tomorrow... Then he said i[censored] pay tody it will be 5600rs but i[censored] pay tomorrow amount will be more than 5600rs... I accepted to that too becoz he has my 19500rs...
I called himanshu next day morning around 10.00am... He again checked online and asid u have to pay 7200rs which is refundable... So i payed 7200rs also... Then he said u will be refunded with 26700rs which includes 6500rs gst, 9000rs courier charges, 4000rs insurance and 7200rs cancellation fees... (Proof:image 3)
First he said ur cancellation fee will be between 400rs-800rs then he again told ur cancellation fees is 5600rs... Then again finally he told 7200rs what is this... I dont understand what is the app or website digitalindiadeal.com using to calculate fees of customers to come out of contest which i myself didnt participate...in india top online shopping sites like amazon, flipkart etc... Are not taking money from their customers to refund their own money...
Main thing is that this is not a contest becoz...in a contest there should be minimum 8-10 members among them u should select the winner...in my case am already winner and contest should end there itself becoz winner is finalized... Then why ur asking money (7200rs) as cancellation fees as am going out of contest... Am saying there is no contest after deciding winner... U simply making money from me and ur blackmailing me that if i not pay 7200rs u will not return my 19500rs...
Big blunder i dont understand is... I myself didnt call to digitalindiadeal.com and said i will participate in contest... U urself took my number and email and called me said ur number has been elected for prize... Means there is no entry fees for participating in contest. And they will include people into contest without their permission... And if customer want to come out of contest u should pay money which is not fixed amount... Starting himanshu said money will be between 400rs-800rs again he said 5600rs and finally 7200rs... What is this bull #... They are not following a single rule and running online shopping website...
I recoreded each and every call which i made to digitalindiadeal.com employees... (Proof : conversation between me and himanshu)

Diditalindiadeal.com employees are calling to people from differnt states and saying sir ur number has been elected for prize (Iphone x, samsund led tv and dell touch laptop) and in the name of gst, courier charges and insurance they are taking money from people minimum 6000rs to maximum 70000rs (Check consumer complaints sights for proof)
And i noticed that every month minimum 10 consumers are complaining about digitalindiadeal.com and that their mobile numbers are elected for prizes and taking money from them... There are more customers who are not complaiong in the consumer complaints
If they are actually giving prizes to their customers then calculate for each customer minimum 1lakh rs price gift for each customer means minimum 20lakhs rupees for 20 customers (10 cutomers who are filing complaint in consumer complaints + cutomer who didnt complaint in consumer complaints (Aprroximately) who won prize... Even amazon is not giving their customers every month 20lakhs worth gifts... If digitalindiadeal.com is actually giving gifts to their customers from last year... Now digitalindiadeal will be in a huge loss.. But it is not in loss becz... They are taking from customers and nt giving their money back and not gifts... Totally preplanned fraud onlinesite... Making fraud with the official evidence...
Same thing is repeating since one year... As far as i know... (Based on complaints in consumer complaints)
I want my money (26700rs) back with in 4 days otherwise i will file complaint against digitalindiadeal.com in econsumer.gov it is goverment website for customer complaints... And i will forward the same thing to arun saxena president of (Icrpc - internation consumer rights protection council) his whatsapp number is [protected] (I[censored] have any doubts about arun saxena plz google)
And i will handover the audio tape to the media... As world should know what ur actually doing...
