I have paid rs. 6500 as of service charges on july 30, 2017 & rs. 12000 as of delivery+insurance charges on aug 04, 2017. I paid all this amount for laptop as a gift. Now they are saying the product is damaged. We will give you a huge amount but send 18000 more. But i refused to send. Now i m asking for my refund. They are not refunding it. They are making fools. They are asking to wait for 90 days for my own money. They are totally fraud. Don't believe them. I have been deceived. Pls be careful.
