This is regarding Order #DG12149MT which DJI OSMO MOBILE 4 GIMBAL SE, 3-AXIS SMARTPHONE GIMBAL STABILIZER, DJI OM4. I have received a normal Universal Phone holder or a selfie stick instead of a DJI OSMO Mobile 4 GIMBLE which cost only Rs 250 or Rs 300 /- in all the market, whereas I have paid Rs 1699 /- which is a clear violation of cyber law instead of the order I have seen on your website. You are requested to look into the matter and I WANT A REFUND of the above-mentioned amount of RS 1699/- which i have paid and you can pick your product. yours faithfully
