[Resolved] DIMTS — About behavior complaints of conductor

My name is sachin Tiwari. I travel in bus number DL1PD2400 on route number 893. I travel starting from Todapur on this bus. All seat are filled in bus then I request to conductor please allow me sit on vacant seat of side at conductor seat. But he replied that no allow sit on there because government booked 2 seat in bus for conductor. One on which conductor sitted and side another seat for conductor bag. Even on request he misbehave with me.

Complaint marked as Resolved

Action taken by depot manager. Conductor apologize for mistake and promised that he will never repeat this kind of mistake in future.

Sir. I have to raise a complaint againt above qouted bus on route. I was standing on stand for past 25 minutes and subject bus driver have not stopped the bus at stand at 1125 hours today .. itas there were atlaest 5 more passengers waiting.. in Hot Sunny day..
Kindly forword me the detailed action taken on staff..

Subject: Not stopping at Kalka ji depot stand 774 DL 1 PD 3027 at 1125 hours today

Sir. I have to raise a complaint againt above qouted bus on route. I was standing on stand for past 25 minutes and subject bus driver have not stopped the bus at stand at 1125 hours today .. as there were atlaest 5 more passengers waiting on HOT sunny hours.. now travel by bus no dl1pd2658 tkt no[protected]
