We had purchased 3 sites measuring 40’*60’ each in the name of following persons in survey no. 23 belonging to gubbalalla village, uttara halli hobli, bangalore south taluk from sri munireddy in the year 1982 and got site no. 91 registered on 31/8/1982, registration no.[protected] volume 1875 and site no. 92 registered on 30/8/1982, registration no.[protected] volume no. 1876, and site no. 93 dated 30/8/1982 registration no.[protected].
We made a sale agreement with mr. A. M. Chandrashekar on 17/3/2006 who is residing at no.7, ashwathanarayan building, s. R. Garden, s. T. Bed, koramangala, bangalore — 560047 for the sale of all three plots @ 450000 *3 plots= 1350000/=. Out of this he paid us 100000 * 3 = 300000/= by way of demand draft dated 15/3/06 in each name.
A period of approximately 12 years have been passed but no remittance has been made by him except giving us false assurance. We are residing at kolkata and not in a position to pursue him in the event of not receiving our phone call.
We at this stage of juncture can only rely on your kindness in this regard by disclosing the facts of the status of our plot at present.
