Dinesh Kathuria — AC on rent fraud

I was looking for ac on rent in delhi and found some leads through just dial. I clicked on some contacts' get best deal and I was later contacted on whatsApp by Dinesh Kathuria, who showed me a letterhead by name of Kumar Furniture, khera road, uttam nagar. And asked for token money 500 rs and when I paid it, he asked for 2000 rs more before making the delivery of the AC. I found it fishy and looked for him online and found an online complaint against him, I asked him to return the money which he refused outrightly. He has been scamming people for very long. It's a request to file a complaint against this person and help me recover my money. This is his number +[protected], he has my address too, that's as well a security issue for me. Please help
