Dinesh Kumar — Excess payments on my broad band and land line([protected])

My telephone and broad band was out for a week(21/05/14 to 27/05/14), as confirmed by your commercial department also but full payment has been made to my may, 2014 bill.
Earlier also number of times my telephone and broad band remain out but no dfeduction were made for outages.
I am a retiredgovt/psu employee and using this telephone and broad band since august, 2007 after super annuation and 20% discount given to me on my bills, while i have submitted all documents and details to your office.
I have taken rs.299/= plan for broad band and when facia comes for expiry of plan, i am stopping the use of brad band but my biill is comming always more then rs. 700/= p.M, while i am not using it after expiry of my limit of one g.B.
I fear that some body is using my inter-net and i am paying for him.Kindly get it checked.
