I am Dinesh kumar living in Irumbuliyur, West Tambaram, I have approached many times for the new connection to my home. I am very much need of the broadband. But in the Tambaram West office they are saying feasibility is not available. Just outside of my home there is Bsnl boz is available only one line is going from that box. I have asked about that but they not responding after so many days. They are very lazy to give a connection they are not responding at all they simply say I can't give wwhatever you do...
