Hello sir
I am vijay varma residing above address as per ad posted in online (Quikr) for mobile phone (S8+) i spoke with a guy name call dinesh he asked to deposit 1000 rs so that he can send the mobile via cash on delivery so i have deposit the amount 20/9/2017 after that he asked me to pay 11500 for the parcel i got the parcel on 22/9/202017 i have paid the above said amount but when i opened the parcel i found one old dead phone which is not working at once i information about this he said his worker as sent it incorrectly and he will send the correct product on d next day but still now he not send he is not responding now. I have been cheated. Kindly help me sir i have given 12500. I have all what's app convocations. Thank you
