My friend has sent some gift items, nearly 35 Kg from UK to India, originally from Poland. The delivery date of the parcel was on 12 March 2022. I have paid 36000 rupees as custom clearance charge. Then one of the employee from this courier service said that, there is some foreign currency and I need to pay more money as well Income tax charge in order to get that amount in my account and the parcel. I have paid that amount also ( Last paid on 04 April). But I didn't get the parcel and the money yet. Can you help me with this?
