[Resolved]  Disha Direct — Disha Direct has failed to deliver NA plot

I had invested with Disha Direct project Windmill heights in Jan 2009 for 2 NA plots of 10000 Square feet each @ 30 psf with buy back option of 50% appreciation in Jan 2011 or retaining the plot. Disha Direct has failed to deliver as per their commitment made in MOU. The person in-charge of this project keeps changing and all they do is provide false promises. Please advise how to deal with this type of a situation.

I had invested with Disha Direct project Waterfront Wada in Jan 2018 for 1 NA plots of 2002.1 Square feet each @ 30 psf with buy back option of 50% appreciation or retaining the plot. Disha Direct has failed to deliver as per their commitment made in MOU. The person in-charge of this project keeps changing and all they do is provide false promises. Please advise how to deal with this type of a situation.
