[Resolved] DishTV — 101 channels not subscribed error

Hi,
I'm following up with dish tv team for error 101 channel not subscribed error. No one responded even after one week the same error is showing i am requesting for for my recharge money refund.
I have escalated to nodal officer also. Still the refund is not initiated. Now iam force to try for leagle actions/consumer forums to sort this out i can share chain of emails also where no response from dish tv. My 500+rs is going to be wasted. Pls support
