I am using DishTv service from more than ten years.My VC No. is [protected].
I am facing a lot of problems from their side in getting proper services from two or three years and now they have piled up in total and I am now totally fed up with the services provided by them.
Listing below some of the problems faced by me on regular basis:
1. Too too much frequent calls from DishTv customer care regarding new services ( I am so much frustrated I would have abused the executive)
2. Frequently getting plate o[censored]nsubscribed channels even when I have paid for those channels.
3. Continuous network problem on channels of Sony, Colors and Star sports channels.( Even after getting the troubleshooting done many times and also the help of service executive is also taken many times.)
4. When called for help to customer care executive- either they connect after a long period of time or if connected they would hardly be able to solve the problem.
Theses are major problems among many that I have faced with their services.
So now I decided to stop taking services from DISHTV(the worst service provider).
So the main point is that now I don't want their services and I want their team to give my remaining amount back as soon as possible.
