This complaint is against dishwashercarebangalore.com. The website claims to be a leading repair for dishwashers in bangalore, but is actually owned and controlled by fraudsters. Here is a sequence of events that led to fraud and financial & mental loss for us:
- we submitted a fresh request for dishwasher repair on jan 21st, 2019 on www.dishwashercarebangalore.com
- we got a call from mr kiran (Mobile number: [protected] and [protected]). He arranged a technician visit on jan 22nd
- mr naveen (Mobile number: [protected]) visted our home to do initial inspection. He advised that machine would need to be taken to their workshop for repair
- after initial hesitation, i allowed the machine to be taken and that's when the whole nightmare began
- on jan 23rd, mr kiran called me and told that my machine will need replacement of 2 parts - pump (Cost: rs 4600) and board (Cost: rs 7500). I would need to pay this directly and he will fix it once he receives the new parts
- i wasn't ok to pay such a huge repair cost and asked him to return back the machine in its original state
- post this request, mr kiran got really offended and started talking to me in a very rude way.
- he didn't return the machine even after multiple follow ups as he used to avoid picking our phone calls. If we call him from an unknown number, he will immediately pick up the phone and promise to send the machine back the next day. Unfortunately the machine never came back
- we were forced to report him to our local police station and filed a complaint against him.
- post speaking with police, mr kiran returned the machine back. However, he damaged/replaced some of the original parts of the machine. The damage to the machine was estimated between 10k-15k by the visiting technician.
The receipt handed to us by mr kiran was under the name:

We noticed (Albeit after our machine pickup), that this fraudster also goes with the name of: sandesh enterprises (Website: https://sandeshenterprisesbangalore.com). his reviews can be read on just dial website (Under the name of sandesh enterprises, bangalore). A lot of customers have faced similar issues with him.

We'd advice anyone interacting/planning to get their appliance serviced by him to take utmost caution. This guy is a fraud! I hope some action is taken against him so that he's not able to cheat more gullible users in future.
