Disputing Handling — Order [protected]

I am disappointed in the result of this dispute and the investigation.

Let me highlight the issue

Item (1). The product description - Deerma DEM ZQ610 Vacuum Cleaner Multifunction Household Vacuum Cleaner Aspirador 5 attachments mild from Youpin” is a mis-presentation as this product is NOT a vacuum cleaner. This misleading product title likely will lead to wrong order by other buyer and once they purchase, it is hard to get refund.

Item (2) seller claim that Chinese instruction only was stated in their web site. This is not correct. When I first order on line, the description is not there, even when I contacted them no they stated it was there, it was not there. I had show screen shot showing the description where they claim that Chinese instruction only was there. It was only update recently to reflect this (had check the site again no now it was showing). They do not want to update this at first as it will limited their field of buyer and want me to cancel the dispute, but no choice as I refuse to cancel.

My point : when ALIEXPRESS investigate, did they review my screenshot and compare it. The screenshot is from my point of view whenI first place order. Of course when AliExpress look into the product link now, it was updated but not when I first see it when I order. This is what is going to create unreliable seller that will cause lot o[censored]nhappy customer. Review their review pages and you can see other complaint.

You will notice that my refund request is a token $1 - it is not the refund that I am interested. I want to make sure that such seller do not cheat other buyer and create unhappiness and dissatisfaction. I am a regular buyer of goods from AliExpress and had not must problem BUT what I do not like is unhonest and unreliable seller.

Do what you want to do, it is AliExpress company reputation on how they handle and investigate dispute. My evidence is there to show that there is no statement on Chinese instruction only. Compare the screen snapshot to their link page and tell me if I am still wrong. Below is the screenshot - read the paragraph under item description and compare it to the current link page
