Sir, this is regarding replacement of motherboard of optiplex 9020 desktop. We have made no of times call to your customer care for the same from 18.09.2018. Till now we have not yet confirmed your response for exact date for replacement of the spares. During talk with your customer care supervisor mr. Suryasen das on 26.9.2018, as per our proposal for alternative arrangement like use of hard disk in other desk top in order to run the work, it is not the solution for purpose to use accounts software in other computers using the hard disk of damaged motherboard.
