automatic subscription

I have no idea how the ditto lite tv subscription for activated on my phone number [protected]. I got to know about it a while back while speaking to idea customer care and have deactivated the same. It was then that i checked the smses on my phone and saw the activation messages from ditto lite tv since 2017, charging me 35/- per week through my service provider! my subscription to ditto tv paid, it is not activated...

regarding subscription

Recently dittotv is migrated with zee5.
And i have dittotv platinum access pack till[protected]:06:24.

My dittotv account is also migrated to zee5 but they didn't migrate my subscription.
It is unfair.

Now zee5 team is asking for transaction details so it is not possible for me to give you 1-year-old transaction details....

my active subscription is not showing in new auto update zee 5 app

Dear sir /madam

My subscription is registered with mobile no - [protected]

I have already subscribed for 6 months pack on ditto tv and few days back got messages from ditto tv that it will be auto upgraded to zee 5 and the existing subscription will be automatically available in new app.

Now as i'm trying to access ditto tv in old app it's not allowing me to open the app and forcefully download...

When the app wasn't updated to zee5 i have my ditto tv 1yr subscibtion but now after upgration zee5 didn't show my active subscibtion. As u promise me that when upgration ur ditto tv subscibtion will be continued.. Then why not u showing my subscibtion on zee5 app. I[censored] don't then i m going at consumer court against u today. ditto tv app removed from ios app store

Ei have suscribed to dish tv for 3 -4 years period. Already advance subscription is collected from me by dish tv.
Today i find the ditto tv app on iphone is compulsory asking to update. Buy when i go to app store, the app is not available on iphone app store.

There is no information made available on website of ditto tv about when the app would be available for update on ios app store. They have already collected subscription...

I am complaining about my subscription

I subscribed to ditto tv 1 month pack on 15.02.2018 on 16th feb it says we moved to zee5. How can i view ditto tv by my existing pack? Please help. Or say to ditto tv to downgrade to older version. So existing customer can view.in their new initiative zee5 my existing pack does not working. This is really unfair for customer who regularly subscribe to ditto tv....

non-availability of past serials

I have subscribed to ditto through freecharge and the live tv is working well. My issue is a question to ditto as well as zee marathi. Why do you delete/not upload the past serials? I want to watch dil dosti duniyadari, eldg, chyd etc. But all the episodes are not available on youtube and that ozee website simply sucks with respect to the picture quality.

to deactivate mobile subscription

I am staying abroad. When I came to India I subscribed Ditto TV. But every month Rs 20 was deducted from my airtel balance for moble no- [protected].

recharge of rs 60 done but not refunded

I sachin c. Nirmal, user of ditto tv mobile no. [protected] e-mail [protected]@gmail.com has done the recharge of rs 60/- through netbanking on 05/02/2018 vide ref. No. Ccafb1aco172igacvwhhe3. The amount of rs 60 has been debited from my a/c but i didn't got the benifits of it for my ditto tv account subscription. Kindly refund rs 60 to my account or enable the service of plan of rs 60 to my ditto tv account, as soon as possible....

Hi, i subscribed for ditto tv's (Usa) 3 month pack yesterday (16th jan 2018) and enjoyed many shows. But today (17th jan 2018) it shows that ditto tv is currently not available in my country. I stay in the usa.

I feel cheated of my money that i paid yesterday. Please solve the problem as soon as you can. My mother cannot watch her favorite tv shows and i already paid $10 subscription fees....

E, they mention rs 20 plan for 1 month, i subscribe that pack and pay by online axis bank, but after subscription done i revisit the site, login the site but when click on channel icons its load program details but not showing any video just giving a message that saying " cannot load m3u8: no levels to play....
