Divya Cargo Movers — house hold items movement

I have recently moved my luggage from bangalore to vijayawada through divya cargo packers and movers.

They asked me to pay the full amount after packing then i have paid the amount of 20, 000. Initially they said will deliver the items by 3 to 4 working days. But they took nearly 17 days to deliver to my home.

In that few items got missed they cost around 20, 000. The other items, which got delivered are in bad state. Full scratches on the electronic items and scooty. Refrigerator is not working and fully damaged. They have not used thermo coal sheets for packing the electronic items.

I was asking for the missed items and they are not picking the call.
