Dk Institute Computer Information Technology — did not get books and teachers sometimes stay drunk

I and my brother are studying RS-CIT in Career Path Institute, kotkasim, Alwar. We have been learning since 12 april but we have not yet get book. Teachers sometimes stays drunk. There are only three computers for approximately 9-10 students. Mostly in one of the three computers one did not work. Teacher named as Sandeep sir sometimes did not come. And many times he just sleeps on the floor and watch his mobile.
