Hi iam neelesh,
I have purchased a few groceries from dmart kompally, my money was deducted twice from upi, yet dmart customer care is not ready to accept for it, and is not providing it's statement to review from the bank,
I have never dealt with such a worst customer care service!!
It's already been more than 20 days iam following up with them.
I need a 3 days bank statement of the branch after my transaction is made to prove myself if in the bank that you haven't received any amount.
Kindly look into it and revert back at the earliest.
