[Resolved]  DMart — Order #28479632 not delivered

I have placed order on 31st March 2021, which was supposed to be delivered on 1st April 2021 within time slot 5:00 pm - 7:30 pm

However it is getting delayed and i am yet not received my groceries, i have done full payment even customer care is not helping with this issue.
