I placed an order of trolley bags with an order id 165359 on 31/7/2019 and its been more than 60+ days (As the company asks to wait for 45 days) from the date of ordered placed, i have not received the order neither the refund as the amount has been already paid.
The customer support chat group is always offline also they have not mentioned any contact number to call. It's a helpless situation. Was this information helpful? | 
i have not received the order which consist of bags and trolley.
last time i recevied a mail saying that the order is shiped on 26 aug 19 .
i hve not received any thing till today
