Dmire — product delivery not done

I had ordered a bag form dmire (Online websites) and paid the amount but delivery has not been done since 3 months past. The website used to show that the product is in transit and it would take about a month. But after 1.5 months i enquired about the status of the product i got no reply. Now the website itself is not available. Please resolve the issue
