Dmrc And Citrus — Amount debited but not shown in card

On 09/11/2022, I made a payment of Rs 1000/- through netbanking favoring Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) for top up recharge of my Metro Card No. 76436640.
The top up details are as under:
Top Up Reference[protected]
Top Up Request Amount Rs 1000/-
Card Id 76436640
Top Up Request Date 09/11/2022 at 10.33
Merchant Transaction Id[protected]

This amount of Rs 1000/- was debited from my account [protected] of Axis Bank, Asaf Ali Road, Delhi but the same was not credited into my Metro Card.

the bank had sent the following message while debiting my account

"Dear Customer, We wish to inform you that INR 1000.00 has been debited from your A/c no. XX0868 on[protected]:34:34 at INB/[protected]/CITRUS PAYMENT SOLUTIONS P. "

pl look into the matter and amount be refunded.
