[Resolved]  Doctor From Child Care — Mistreatment to 3 year old Patient

My daughter ( 3.5 years, patient Id 678408P) was admitted in A Ward 6th Floor in 609 from 3rd to 7th Jan 2024.She was getting discharged on 7th January 2024.Few Blood samples were prescribed before the discharge for further medication. The female doctor from Child Care or Paed Endo ( I was not informed about her name and department clearly) came for the blood sample. She was not polite or empathetic to the patient from the beginning. The head Nurse suggested the doctor to use a thinner syringe needle which she simply ignored. The 3 year old patient was made to cry for help for 10 minutes and in spite of that she could not take the blood. She blamed the patient for spilling the sample from the vacutainer with rubber stopper. I fail to understand how could possibly this happen as there were 2 Nurses holding the 3year old and the lady doctor was taking the blood. And the vacutainer I believe is the best of its kind that are used in CMC.I was fully satisfied and felt gratitude towards the Paedriatic Ortho dept where the actual treatment was done for her. But I am anguished with the ill treatment and inefficacy of that lady doctor who came to collect the sample.I want an enquiry of such behavior and response. I have full faith in CMC Management to take a just action on my complain.
