I thought of getting DNA test for me and my son. On internet i found GFI Lab based in USA. They claim cheaper and better price. Its a fraud company. They ask you to make the payment. I made my payment for $100 which costed 5700/- Rs. They said 3 days results. I sent mail asking for reports, they replied my samples are not good. I asked them can i send the samples once again. As per the terms and conditions, Their is no refund. The money i paid was for processing fee. When i checked with my friends in USA they said they have a small office with one room. Big cheating company. We cant fight against them legally. As they don't come under Indian constitution. Be careful with USA labs. Trust Indian labs. We are known for our quality testing as well as outstanding customer service. Clients are given instructions on how to collect and send DNA samples. If proper procedures are not followed, there is a chance the sample will fail. Phones are ALWAYS answered during normal business hours 8:30 - 5:00pm EST.

Because of the inaccurate statements, I doubt this is a past customer and feel it's someone trying to make our lab look bad. Call us and see for yourself!

They say results in as little as 3 days I waited well over a week and had to dispute my payment before my results were ready and as soon as I said ok never mind to my credit card company they released results which said they were in conclusive, so I sent in another sample and here I am 2 weeks later still waiting on results The phone is some ones cell phone and I called multiple times and never had my calls returned very unprofessional!!! Do not use this lab!!!

This company is a fraud. I did testing with this company 6 years ago. My results came back that the alleged father was noty sons father. I just went through child support for a DNA test and it came back he was the father. The number to this company says it's not in service and I have yet to be able to contact them. DO NOT USE THIS LAB!!!
