Dog — Mad stray puppy

Address: 128/30, H-1 Block, Kidwai Nagar Kanpur

There is a mad stray puppy in my locality who is running towards every vehicle and person for biting. Everyone is very frightened, besides there are a plenty of dog owners in my locality who are afraid for their pet dogs. Please help as soon as possible.
