Dog — Stray dog harming civilian

Address - D54, Dwarka dham

A stray which is being kept by nearby house named Urja is barking all the time, and attacking people whenever we pass by
We asked the house owner to please keep the dog inside house or chained, but instead of keeping him inside they fought with us and abused us

Please resolve this asap, it is threat to human
