Hello i'm amrutha from kakinada. And we have a problem of dogs which gathers in 100 numbers in the night and bark like a hell. And it's not safe to drive vehicles because if the speed of bike is just increased the dogs chasing at us. And i think not only our area, almost in every part of kakinada is facing, but we are having more of it. So many sleepless nights for us, if we give complaint to higher authorities they are vacating dogs and leave them in another area this is what they are doing.
