Dolly Munjal D/o Yash Pal Munjal was working as Software
Engineer in our organisation from Jan 2014 till 10 Oct 2014. She got absconed
leaving 3 projects behind in jeopardy with no knowledge transfer making huge
loss to the orgaisation. When we tried to contact her, she said she can’t come
as she has family problem. But at the same time, her cousin Varun from Infosys,
called our management and informed that she has joined another company to join
infosys in next 6 months as he will make some arrangement to fix her in Infosys.
Our management told him that she has left uncompleted projects with bugs and
not ready to come to the organisation for even knowledge transfer.
He said she got opportunity to join another company on
immediate basis so she left without giving any notice.
Dolly Munjal is very unprofessional, unethical employee with
highly irresponsible behaviour and perform activities like absconding from the
