SIR...I AM USING A TARRIF VOUCHER OF COMPANY Rs. 700/- per month in which all std call are free on company network for 1 month...but its not working on festivals. Company is charging normal rate on these days in the name of black out days and also not giving any additional incentive for these cuts...its purely looting custmers in the name of black out days ...we are facing a very serious problem timely when we need the tarrif most...
Kindly take action on this matter please.
