I joined this company a year ago. Even at the end of one year i didn't receive the salary which they mentioned in the package. They always paid less. They are actually in loss, which is also getting reflected on the salary. Sambalam kuduka vakkillana edhuku da company nadathringa.. Mooditu poga vendiyadhu dhana.. The work pressure is too much to handle. The daily target they set for each person is insane. Some girls stay back till 8 pm or 9 pm to complete that target. The workings hours is from 9 am-6 pm with all saturdays working. They won't let you take a leave also peacefully. They don't treat the employees well. The hr and other in charges speak so disrespectfully. They won't let you resign the job peacefully either. They pry too much into your personal life asking the reason for resigning or simply taking one day leave. I request all the girls and boys reading this to not join this stupid company because it's a waste of all your valuable time. Your efforts will never be appreciated. Was this information helpful? |
