On 18.05.2109 i ordered a take away order on m. Dominos.co.in. I opted to pay via mobikwik on their payment site. The amount of rs 533 was debited from my account with mobikwik transaction id - qmbk[protected], the amount was debited from my account but the page showed an transaction failed message. No pizza order was booked but the amount was debited from my account. Your are requested to raise the issue for refund of my money for which i have not received any services from dominos.

Amount of Rs 424/- was deducted from my Punjab National Bank account while placing an order with Dominos Pizza Sector-11 Rohini New Delhi outlet on 19 may, 2019 at around 7.45 PM.

Amount was deducted but order was not placed.

I have ordered 3 items last night but not got the order I tried to call customer care but it was not reachable and they haven't provided delivery boy number also the order no. Is 405 I need my refund back as well as the. Free pizza also as per the policy of domino's if the pizza not delivered in 45 min then it is free.kindly revert back Asap...
I ordered food from Dominos online at 10:05 pm. It's past 12:00 am, and the food is not delivered. No one from the store is picking up the phone. My order id 314. The nearby Dominos store is

      Hi,
      I placed a order today date 26th may, 2019 through dominos app at 5:37pm. The money amount of rs. 408 was deducted from my account but the order was not placed. The transaction was successful from my account but the pizza order was not placed.
      The transaction id is attached below.
      Please look into this matter as soon as possible. Please initiate the refund as early as possible.

      I have ordered the pizza on date 27.04.2019 but it got delivered after 30 mins. I requested for the refund on the same day i.e 27.04.2019, but refund still not credited to my account. I called many times to customer care but still issue not resolved. Please look into matter and resolve the issue as early as possible.

        I have paid for my order through online payment using google pay... Both the orders were not delivered to me and the money hasn't been refunded till date.. I have been calling customer care and the swiggy people but nobody is able to solve my issues on both the order and the money.. Help me in getting my money refunded for the orders that i have placed but never received them. I'm not a rich person to let go of my hard work earned money.. Please refund me back my money..

          Dominos
          I have placed an order at dominos outlet in infosys campus and when i made my payment through card he said that i din't get the receipt and asked to make payment again. I informed him on the first time itself that money got debited but he asked me to pay again and assured that the amount which is debited for first transaction would be refunded within 7 days. It's been ten days and no refund is processed when i went and asked at the outlet there is no proper response. When it is the outlet mistake still no concern for the customer. Very bad experience. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible

          I am Priyanka Siriki and I have placed my order at dominos outlet which is inside Infosys manikonda village address. Also I have placed the order with the following number [protected] and invoice number is 65922/19/2083 with server as Dasari Harish at 1:12pm on 10th May 2019 which is of 296.89 Indian rupees.and their gstin number is 36AABCD1821C1ZC and their pan number mentioned on order receipt is AABCD1821C.
          Please resolve my issue.

          PFA my bank statement where u can see the money is deducted twice from the same vendor with small difference in time also u can enquire at outlet where they have received money twice for one single order.

          On 17th May I ordered from Domino's ( order no. 493). I did transaction via NetBanking but after transaction Domino's app showed transaction failed. After doing it again with NetBanking I was able to get pizza. But when I checked my account history it showed thatamount deducted twice. Will I get my debited amount back spontaneously?

            My name is abhishek singh from katni madhya pradesh. I had order a pizza online from dominos app and made a payment of rs 218 on 19may-2019 at 04:09pm. I had made the payment through sbi internet banking and the payment was successful done to dominos... Ref#igagedwgd1 on 19may19. After that i again ordered through call thinking that the amount will be refunded within 2-3 day but a week has passed and the amount hasn't been refunded.
            I would be great if you kindly look into the issue at the earliest and do the needful.

              I had ordered pizza online on 18th may 2019. Twice i tried and both the times it was a failed transaction but amount was debuted from my account. Till today it’s not been refunded and i am worried. Dominos are telling that it will come after 4-10 days but usually it should come within 48 hours. This is seriously not done.                 Myself ankur v. Naik.
                I had ordered one planeet makhani pizza with extra cheese worth rs. 450/- along with pepsi worth rs. 60/- on 23rd may 2019 via domino's online services. Total rs. 533/- deducted from my account.
                After few minutes of order placed local domino's store authority contacted me and told me that my address is out of delivery service so they can not deliver.
                I argued that,
                1) i had no issue regarding delivery at my address in past.
                2) it is online system issue that accepted my order though my address is out of delivery service as per authority.
                3) i offered tham to get order from shravan chokdi (A land mark up to where delivery service is provided) but they denied.
                4) lastly i asked them for refund, they asked me to wait for 7 days working days.

                At last i neither got food nor refund instantly.
                I am hurt as an authority of bharuch domino's mr. Jitesh suthar behaved insensitively as he was aware of my problem and also behaved immorally as he denied to deliver at shravan chokdi too.

                Moreover, i had submitted my feedback on same day to domino's but till date no courtesy they have shown towards me.

                    I placed order through swiggy. My pizza was not delivered and when i called dominos, they informed that they cannot get in touch with delivery guy and order has been cancelled and amount will be refunded but it is still not reversed.
                    It has already been more than a week that amount is still not reversed. Now when i call. Dominos they dont answer my query. I would like to know when will i get the refund? Because this is not the first time i have faced issue with dominos. This is the swiggy order id [protected]. Swiggy says they cant help with this and we need to directly contact dominos for this and no help received from dominos end. Please check this asap.

                      I had ordered for a pizza online from the dominos pizza website. The total bill amounted to rs. 424/-. I had paid the amount via internet banking. The transaction was unsuccessful. The amount was debited from my account but my order was not confirmed. I had placed my order on 19/05/2019. Refund was promised within 3-5 days but i haven't received it yet. The transaction reference number is billdesk /qpnb[protected]/[protected]. Dated 19 may, 2019.

I called on toll free number, they provided concern reference number #9434414 via sms and told that money will credited back. But no refund has done yet.                                 On 22nd may 2019 also, at approximately 12:05 pm i made an order in dominos through app amounting rs 1148. I ordered
                                1 regular cheese burst indi tandoori paneer
                                One aussie barbecue fresh pan pizza regular in size
                                2 choco lava
                                1 garlic breadsticks
                                1 taco mexicana veg.
                                As per my bank statement money has been deducted, also while paying by netbanking there was a message that your payment is successful but after that a popup said someyhing went wrong. Please see to it. Money from my account has been deducted but the order is not placed.

After i went to the payment section the payment was successful after i put the otp but then i got a pop up saying ur order could not be placed.. Please try again later.. But my money got deducted from my account.
                                    I even called their customer care that day they made sure that the amount will be returned back to me as soon as possible but till now i haven't got my money

The order came after one and half hour which was sent back as the pizza was totally smashes between the box and was not eatable. My order no was 306. Since 14 days they are not refunding my money. Every time i call the customer care they are just giving me will refund in 2 days. But no refund is initiated from their end. Please help

                                        Recently exactly 8days before i cancelled my order within 5mins but the dominos didn’t refund my money which i paid through paytm when called they told they didn’t processed the complaint still they are telling to wait for more days which is against the law to refund within 7days this incident took place on may 8
