Dont Know — sewer manhole flooded more than two year, and my w/c is not usable, so that we toilet in open

Dear sir,
Sub:- sewer chokage infront of 95, kalpana appartment and sewer flooding on road
I am tulika thakur, resident of 95, kalpana appartmen sector-5, vaishali ghaziabad, my toiled is always flooded due to level of sewer is top to manhole, and toilet is not usable, we are use the toilet in open more than 2year, kindly request please clear the chokage so that we are able to use the toilet.
